Devanshu Lad Charitable Foundation values the trust of its donors.
Donation Refunds
As donations are made voluntarily for charitable purposes, donations are generally non-refundable.
However, refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
• Duplicate donation transactions
• Incorrect donation amount entered by the donor
• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date.
Please provide:
• Donor Name
• Donation Date
• Transaction ID
• Donation Amount
• Reason for Refund Request
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days through the original payment method wherever possible.
The Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests after verification.
